Vendors and exhibitors are welcomed from large corporations,  small businesses, children inflatable and party companies, local and national chain food eateries, etc.

Event F.A.Q.

  • When will the event take place?
    • Unity in the Community will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 10am to 2pm at Clermont‘s beautiful Waterfront Park located at 330 3rd Street.
  • What will the event feature?
    • FREE community event for all with free admission and free parking.
    • FREE entertainment featuring Kidzone with free games and inflatables.
    • LIVE musical, dance and family-friendly acts.
    • Hundreds of exhibitors and vendors as well as many non-profit organizations, including food and drink vendors
  • What are the exhibitor requirements?
    • This is an outdoor event and booth sizes are 10×10.
    • Each exhibitor must provide their own table, chairs and tent or covering.
    • Tents larger than 10×10 must get permission from show management. (Tents or coverings are required).
  • What are the exhibitors and vendors fees?
    • Early Bird Registration Fee (until June 30, 2015)   $50 per  10×10 booth space
    • Regular Registration Fee (after July 1, 2015)          $75 per  10×10 booth space
    • Late Registration Fee (after August 1, 2015)           $100 per 10×10 booth space
  • What are the exhibitors fees for food vendors?
    • Early Bird Registration Fee (until June 30, 2015)   $100 per  10×10 booth space
    • Regular Registration Fee (after July 1, 2015)          $150 per  10×10 booth space
    • Late Registration Fee (after August 1, 2015)           $200 per 10×10 booth space
